Regarding President Obama going onto local TV stations to appeal to viewer across the country to pressure their Republican Congressmen and women to vote to avert the sequester, if they're Tea Party nuts or even John Boehner it won't do any good. The modern GOP doesn't change their way of doing things: It's all about lying, obstruction, insults against the President, and ignoring the demands of their constituents who disagree with them.
But at least he's trying....
